Corus has a proven record in the specialist field of geotechnical engineering. They have developed a depth and breadth of experience within geotechnical engineering and is able to combine it with the extensive practical railway infrastructure experience synonymous with Corus.

The team aims to reduce the element of geotechnical risk, and therefore potential cost from scheme conception to construction. This is achieved by a range of services; including the assessment and evaluation of desk studies and ground investigations undertaken. The result is a detailed design and specification of the most appropriate and cost effective geotechnical solutions for both permanent and temporary works. The results can then be delivered in a format tailored to meet the specific needs of the client if required.
