Civil Engineering

All categories of work are undertaken for projects ranging from minor repairs to new and major reconstruction for large complex schemes.

Elimination of interference with rail traffic is a pre-eminent goal of bridge management, and the company has been involved with the development and application of methods to achieve this. In particular, the employment of jacking and tunnelling techniques for the construction of large underline structures has considerably reduced the impact such works have on rail traffic, as has the use of computer controlled heavy loading equipment for the installation of superstructures

The company has particular proficiency in electrification projects, dealing with all aspects of planning requirements, notably work on historic and listed structures.
