Corus Rail Consultancy has recently been awarded the international standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) - ISO14001. An EMS enables a company to identify and manage the environmental impacts of the business. Corus Rail Consultancy is one of very few companies in the rail consultancy market to achieve and certify to the standard. It demonstrates the company’s commitment to the effective management of environmental issues on projects, both to clients and the wider public. Commenting on the achievement David Marsden, Director, Corus Rail Infrastructure Services said: "Increasing numbers of companies are certifying to this standard, this includes a majority of our clients, gaining this standard is a clear indication of the continued development of Corus Rail Consultancy’s service portfolio and the hard work and determination of our workforce".
