| Corus is now offering a new Railway Interface Management Service as part of its Railway Infrastructure Services business.
The Service is aimed at organisations such as developers, building contractors and local authorities who have to work over, under or alongside the railway. The Service will be of benefit to organisations involved in either capital development projects or general works. Tom Storey, Associate Director of the Railway Interface Management team explains: “Working around railway lines whether you are constructing a bridge, installing services under a railway or clearing vegetation alongside the track, is a complicated and risky business. In the past developers, utilities and contractors would have sought conflicting advice from several different companies or consultants. What the team at Corus will provide is a one stop shop that provides the necessary advice and expertise to guide and support clients through every step of the process so that projects are planned and completed on time and to budget. ” -Ends- Notes to editor Corus manufactures rail and track products at facilities in the UK and France.
